Patrícia Prancheta

Currently studying for a PhD in Strategies for Happiness, she is a master of building bridges of inspiring relationships with people and other living beings, especially dogs. She has a degree in stress management, anxiety and the roads of Portugal… an incomplete degree in cookery and healthy eating… she gave up in the first week. Addicted to smiles and good humour, she is a Sagittarius and therefore optimistic, dynamic, resilient and always open to change and consequent learning. As she herself says, ‘if you want to know the rest’, in the dead moments of this journey, Patrícia graduated in Journalism from the University of Coimbra, has a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication, and has a Specialist Degree in Tourism from the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu. She has been a business manager since 2005, managing the Biosphere Portugal team since 2010 and Biosphere Nordeste Brasil since 2014. She teaches on the Licence and Master’s programmes in Tourism Management at the School of Technology and Management in Viseu. She has volunteered in various social and community impact projects.
