Ana Sacavém facilitates training in leadership, negotiation and communication skills in various companies. She advises and supports executives on corporate storytelling, media training, change management processes, leadership processes, team management and business negotiations.
She works with the HR and Training and Developers departments to plan and implement annual training plans, create academies, create content and gamify training, ensuring impactful communication. She accompanies teams through organisational changes, as well as accompanying and supporting executives and leaders from a wide range of backgrounds in communication and leadership skills.
